Visit to “Old City” (the heart of Baku, a live monument enlisted in UNESCO)
Proceed with excursion in the “Inner City” surrounded with Castle Walls: the tourist will witness the Maiden Tower (XII), Shirvanshah Palace of Shirvashah Dynasty (XVI), Juma Mosque, Karvasarays and narrow streets as well as the traditional life of locals.
Dinner and Master Class of preparation “Quzu Sebet” (lamb which was cooked into the fire basket)

3rd day: DOLMA

Departure to Old city Master Class of Dolma(The traditional recipe calls for minced lamb mixed with rice and flavoured with mint, fennel, and cinnamon, and wrapped in vine leaves (yarpaq dolması) or cabbage leaves (kələm dolması). There are also sour sweet cabbage dolma (turş şirin kələm dolması) and eggplant dolma (qarabadımcan dolması)and Qutab(A sort of pancake turnover stuffed with minced lamb, cheese, or spinach.)

Free time for a while Visit to Sheki Khan Palace (The most outstanding and valuable monument of the 18th century Azerbaijan is Sheki Khans' palace. It was constructed in 1761-1762 as a summer residence of Hussein-khan Mushtad (grandson of Gadzhi Chelebi).
